Guardian Home Generators was created with an excellence-driven, customer-first mindset. After the North Texas Ice Storm of 2021 left his home without power for days, Brad began studying the generator industry in depth. What he found was a mix of inconsistent service quality, limited technical expertise, and companies that treated standby power as a sideline. He saw an opportunity to build a company centered on precision, honest communication, and a high standard of customer-focused excellence.
Throughout his corporate career, Brad specialized in operational leadership and process design. He led complex, cross-functional teams, built repeatable workflows, improved performance across large marketing and digital organizations, and helped companies scale through strong planning and disciplined execution. His experience ranges from consumer electronics and e-commerce to data analytics and digital media, giving him a broad view of how systems support long term growth.
In addition to running Guardian Home Generators, Brad continues to advise organizations on marketing operations, strategic planning, and leadership development through his strategic advisory company, Right Left Right, LLC. He is also involved in nonprofit arts work, providing support and analysis for Texas Ballet Theater and other community organizations.
